Life in the shop lately.

After a summer full of incredible client projects, weird health problems, and the beginnings of some really cool projects, it feels good to be back in the rhythm of doing what we do best! Collaborating with amazing minds to bring their eyewear visions to life. Now we’re doubling down to get things ready for in January and show what we’re all about!

Working with independent visionaries like is what we live for. We’re here to help small brands, artists, independent OD’s and Opticians bring their eyewear visions to life using the best materials available and without the restrictive minimums that have always made this unrealistic for small companies.

If anybody knows where March and April went, let me know! But in all seriousness, it’s great to be back in the studio after traveling so much the last month and a half. It was incredible to meet soooo many followers, friends, clients, etc. while we’ve gallivanted around the country and now we’re working hard to get orders out the door.

It’s not often that I have a concept come across my desk that blows me away, but this was definitely one of them. If you’re not already following check out his insane art. We combined his art and love for eyewear into making his own original styles that was a rad combo. It took some unconventional methods to bring these to life but it’s only the beginning now that we have it all figured out.

Another fun and challenging project with .r.craig.design in the books. 10mm laminated fronts with laminated cores that were cast in silver, accented temple tips, and his silver heart plaques to top it off.
