Riverton FFA

Last week we had the opportunity to attend C**t (Chapter Officer Leadership Training)! The state officers planned workshops for each of us to learn about teamwork and how to strengthen our FFA chapters. After the workshop we split to meet with everyone in the same position as us to learn how to better fulfill our roles. It was a very educational day that was filled with lots of laughter and fun!

Everyone had a blast at CDEs this year. We had several teams compete in Horse, Livestock, Floral culture and milk quality. CDEs have always been fun and we had to build a team over the school year and practice for CDEs to win.

March 12-13 we gathered our FFA members at State Convention. We had a few people compete and some people get their state degree, we also had a few people who were part of the delegates. At the end of the conference we got to meet our new state FFA officers. Everyone had a blast and loved spending time with each other. This was an awesome experience for all of the FFA members.

This is our area leadership conference where we go to different workshops to learn things that can benefit us. Thank you Sarah for helping us set up 1 of our workshops. Thank you Mrs. Simpers for taking us to the conference and allowing us to do all of these activities. Thank you Jake Harvath for being such an amazing guest speaker and also thank you for giving such an inspirational speech to everyone. Thank you everyone who showed up today!

Welcome our 2025-2026 officer team. We have such an amazing officer team and our amazing advisor Mrs. Simpers. This year will be amazing and so will the continuous years to come. We love all and we’re here to make everyone feel welcome. FFA is a group where anyone and everyone is welcome. Join one of our ag classes and become apart of our group!

Today we had some awesome Wasatch Tours. We got to tour Mtech and their awesome programs, dairy farm and how their machines work, and stone company and got to take some rocks home with us. Thank you advisors for taking us on these awesome tours and allowing us to learn new things.

DOT thank you for all of our advisers for putting this together for all of the chapters to work together. At DOT they gathered FFA officers to work together and get to know each other. Thank you everyone for participating and thank you all advisers
