One of our students recently presented her poster at the Society of Nutrition Education and Behavior Conference in Washington, DC. Her poster was titled, “Perceived Dietary Choice and Nutrition Security Among Adults with Chronic Metabolic Conditions Utilizing Food Pantries in Utah.”

Congrats to Muhammad Ahsin who recently won first place at ASN 2026 in Washington DC for his PhD project examining photochemical across 16 different game animal meats. The research explores the evolutionary dietary role of meat in photochemical intake and contributes to our understanding of the nutritional complexity of game meats.
