The State Officers hit the road earlier this month to our nation’s capital, Washington D.C. they gathered with State Officers from across the country to learn from our National Officers and speak to our government officials at the Capitol!🇺🇸

Just like Chapter Officer Leadership Training, State Officers also travelled to gather with leaders, make connections, and become better leaders!✈️

One of the most beautiful things about FFA is the opportunity to connect with others at all levels. Whether a member from another chapter or a State Officer from another Association, FFA gives us the chance to make friends everywhere!💙💛

The State Officers had the chance to tour places like the Lincoln Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, & so much more💙💛🇺🇸

State Officer Summit is also time for committee leaders to meet together to prepare for the National FFA delegate sessions during National Convention! Just like our State Convention delegate sessions, there are larger versions on the National level! 💙💛

These six were able to meet with Utah Senators and Representatives in their offices on Capitol Hill. They advocated for agricultural education and the importance of FFA for students, just like you!💙💛

Chapter Officer Leadership Training is a conference presented three times at different locations for students all over Utah to participate without worry of traveling far beyond their areas!

Northern was hosted at the Morgan Fairgrounds & was our first C**T of the summer!☀️

These individuals were able to join so many students who share their love for FFA💙💛

We’re seriously so blown away by the size of this group and so grateful to see so many young people so passionate about leadership & the success of their chapters!💙💛

Chapter Officers had the opportunity to attend workshops presented by State Officers and two of last year’s officers. This program is designed for officers to work together and grow as individuals as well as chapter officer teams!💙💛

We had a brief intermission due to heavy rainfall. There was no raining on our parade, however. Just dancing☔️

From workshops to games, dancing to reflections, officers had fun while learning and connecting with officers from around Utah!🐝

Delta FFA acquired TWO of the fishing poles during both Northern & One-Day/Area Kick-Off. Stay tuned for part 2👀🎣

Is it really an FFA event without a dance!? We think not🪩
