We hate to see our Toastmasters go, but if they leave, we’re happy it’s to grow their lives and hoping Toastmasters attributed to their success.

Congrats to Freddie Almazan who is moving to Chicago! He’s been a member for a year and a half, has held officer positions, and has always strived to grow as a motivational speaker. We hope Chicago Toastmasters brings you even greater speaking abilities and we pray the best of luck and life for you!

Steve Templeman 20+ year member says,
“My wife and I had a 13 night cruise scheduled for the end of April—That didn’t happen!
We have have been especially careful with the situation because we have elderly mothers that rely on me to take them to doctor visits and the like.
I try to minimize trips to stores because it’s not only a risk, it’s a hassle.
I am grateful that I can associate with my Toastmasters friends on Zoom on Tuesday nights and look forward to being able to see them in person. As a long-standing member I enjoy helping people develop communication skills”.

Lodi Toastmasters We are the 1 and ONLY Toastmasters club in Lodi, CA, and meet at 7pm every Tuesday from 7-8pm (Sharp!) at Grace Point Church in Lodi.

Last night two of our members gave speeches! Pete Rosado is a business owner and joined Toastmasters in December to work on communication with his employees! He gave a wonderful “Ice Breaker” which means his FIRST speech in toastmasters. He took us all on a journey of learning about his mixed culture background and being the child raised in the United States with immigrant parents! Thank you so much Pete for sharing your story!

Our second speaker was Rachelle Snitchler who joined Toastmasters last April to become comfortable with speaking to crowds as she competed in Rodeo Queen Pageantry. With her year of reign coming to a close, she gave her “Farewell” speech of gratitude towards all her friends and family who helped her in becoming the Round-Up Queen of Tuolumne County. She also thanks Toastmasters for playing such a big role in her success as a leader in-and out-of the arena.

Congratulations to our VP Education and Immediate Past President, DDS Tex Mabalon for passing level two in Pathways! He’s now on his way through Level Three of Toastmasters International online program. Each level requires a multitude of speeches in order to pass onto the next assignment. Way to go, Tex!
