Our swimmers swam against 92 schools from 26 leagues and hundreds of the fastest swimmers from Placer County to the north and Stanislaus County to the south, and from the Delta to the Lake Tahoe area. It was a week of some very fast racing, and the Flames definitely left their mark! In fact, one of our Flames is going to the next level. A huge congratulations to Rebecca Welch for qualifying for the CIF State Championships next week! This will be her third time at the big show representing Lodi High School. Go Flames!

Individually, Madie Kennedy placed 12th in the 500 Freestyle and Emma Starr placed 5th in 100 Breaststroke. For the boys, the 200 Medley relay team of Luke Perry, Jake Arreola, Patrick Cruz, and Tommy O’Boyle captured 7th and the 400 Freestyle team of Porter Crew, Cruz, Nolan Butler and Adam Farinelli placed 11th overall. And thanks to all the Flame parents and families for your help throughout the season. Our swimmers couldn’t be so successful without your support, and the team appreciates you all so much! Can’t wait to see what next season will bring! We will be making an even bigger splash in our section!
