Harvest Festival is October 23rd 🎃👻

Buy your wristbands and meal tickets ahead of time so you're not waiting in line at the festival!
Visit https://www.eventbrite.com/e/reese-elementary-family-harvest-festival-2026-tickets-1999739254943?aff=oddtdtcreator to order online and they will be delivered to your student on weekly batches.

Don't want to pay the online fees? Cash only in person wristband and meal ticket sales will take place after school at the front gate 9/25, 10/16, 10/20. Prices go up if you pay at the festival! Reminder: all sales are final and lost wristbands and tickets cannot be replaced. 💙💛

Harvest Festival needs cake mix, frosting, and bagged candy donations! Donations can be dropped off to the office or you can order from our Amazon wishlist and they'll be sent straight to us! 🍬 https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2RDME366SSMJE?ref_=wl_share

Thank you so much for your support 🥳

A glimpse into the best day ever ✨ Thank you again to our Roadrunners that raised over $56,000 for our teachers and field trips and earned this fun day! 💛💙
Thank you to our volunteers that made the Day of Awesomeness happen! We couldn't do it without all of you 🥳

It's BOOK FAIR WEEK 🗣️🗣️🗣️
Before your student shops with their class, set up their eWallet at https://www.scholastic.com/bf/reeseelementaryschool
At checkout you'll also be able to donate to our school's Share the Fair fund to make sure every Roadrunner can get a book. 💛💙
If you have time this week, check out the volunteer sign ups in the parent square app. Every family that volunteers gets $10 to shop the fair with!

I caught a bunch of nice volunteers and they made some magic happen today! 🥳
Big shout-out to everyone who came and volunteered their time today to make the Day of Awesomeness a success for our Roadrunners, thank you! 💛💙

Hahahaha just kidding!!! 🤪

But we do have a lot of fun stuff coming up and would love your help 💙💛

If you are fingerprinted with the district and have completed your mandated reporter training, we have volunteer positions available:

September 18: Day of Awesomeness (running activity stations) https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4BA5A92DA0F5C25-65386224-dayofawesomeness

September 21-25: Book Fair (working a cash register to ring up students and assist them with shopping during the school day) https://www.parentsquare.com/feeds/87115082

Harvest Festival needs donations of baking mixes (cake, brownies, etc), frosting, and bags of candy. Donations can be turned into the front office 🎃🍬

We know life is hectic and every grown-up that donates their time or items we need is so important to the success of these events and we appreciate every one of you! And we know our Roadrunners do too ☺️💙💛

You can set up your child's e-wallet before the book fair! 💸 Utilizing the e-wallet is way easier than sending your child with cash that might get misplaced and makes the checkout process quicker for classes ☺️ The money rolls over to next year if they don't use it!

Visit https://www.scholastic.com/bf/reeseelementaryschool to set it up before the book fair starts on September 21 (link will be in stories and bio!)

At checkout you'll have an opportunity to donate to the Share the Fair fund, the giving program that benefits students at our school that need help buying new books. 💛💙
