We had a scrimmage at Sun Prairie West yesterday. These are great opportunities for the kids to work on their parts, try their hands at objections and impeachments, and just see how fun Mock Trial can be. The kids all did such a great job! The best comment of the day, “I wish I could go again today!”

Many of our Mock Trial students are not just brilliant in the courtroom—they’ve also been working hard behind the scenes and on stage for Disney’s Descendants: The Musical! The musical officially opened this weekend, and there are still two more performances this week—Friday and Saturday nights. $2,600 for a great cause!

A huge shoutout to our Lodi High School Mock Trial team for rocking the Celebrity Pie Auction at the Lodi Fair this weekend!

Seven of our amazing students took the stage to represent the team, and their six pies and themed gift basket brought in a total of $2,600 in support of 4-H and other community programs hosted at the fairgrounds.

Thank you to Katherine, Chase, Henry, Jade, Madi, and Ella for baking the delicious pies! Thank you to the Dulmes family for creating the incredible "Justice: Under Construction" gift basket! (And thanks to Hunter for coming out to support the team on stage!)

Way to go, team! We are SO PROUD of you!

Answer: They’re all part of the Mock Trial team’s debut at the Lodi Fair’s Celebrity Pie Auction!

When: TODAY, Saturday, July 12 at 5:00 PM
Where: Free Stage Tent, Lodi Fairgrounds

Members of Lodi High School’s award-winning Mock Trial team will be auctioning off five incredible pies:
- Pecan pie
- Cherry pie
- Blueberry pie
- Lemon meringue pie
- Gluten-free apple pie

Along with the pies, the winning bidder will also receive our themed gift basket: “Justice: Under Construction.” It includes:
- A yellow construction hard hat and orange traffic cone
- A $50 Fleet Farm gift card
- A $50 Ace Hardware gift card
- Hammer pen, snack sticks, Chex mix, Twizzlers, corn nuts, chocolate “boulders,” saltwater taffy, and assorted candies

Come cheer on our students, celebrate their success (including a state qualification and a regional 2nd place finish!), and help raise money for 4-H, youth soccer, and community programs hosted at the fairgrounds.

The spring play is THIS WEEKEND! So many Mock Trial team members are involved, both on the stage and behind the scenes!

The LHS Spring Play this year is The Day The Internet Died. It will be performed April 11-13 at the Lodi PAC! 📱🌟

We wrapped up our 2024–25 mock trial season with a fantastic banquet, celebrating the hard work and accomplishments of our incredible team. Several members were recognized with awards for their outstanding contributions:

What a weekend for Lodi Mock Trial!

Our team had four incredibly close trials, with a total score of 673 to 669—just a four-point difference between Lodi and the opposition over the entire tournament! When all was said and done, we finished in 16th place with a 1-3 record, but those numbers don’t tell the full story of how competitive and hard-fought each trial was. Every competitor showed skill, confidence, and professionalism in every round, making their coaches so incredibly proud!

A huge shoutout to Caleb Rotzoll for being recognized as one of the top 10 attorneys in the state—for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW! What a remarkable achievement!

We coaches couldn’t be prouder of this team and everything they accomplished this season. Their dedication and resilience were on full display this weekend, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds!
