Good morning,

We would like to provide an update to our families and community regarding the GoFan refunds.

We have spoken directly with GoFan, and they have confirmed that the refunds are currently being processed. We apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

Because of the total amount being refunded, GoFan took additional precautions to carefully review the transactions and ensure that the refunds were processed correctly. The refund process is now actively underway.

Please keep in mind that once GoFan processes the refund, the amount of time it takes to appear back on the original form of payment may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

We will continue to monitor the process and provide additional updates if needed.
