Our Battlin’ Bears just finished up their 2026 UCA training! Fun fact: in the last 7 years, 9 out of the 11 instructors that have represented Montana have been a part of RMC Cheer. This year, MT UCA staff in its entirety is completely made of Rocky Cheer personnel—Montana’s Cheer Team for a reason! Here are some staff highlights from this week:
🐻 Our Junior, Kurtis got awarded ‘Vet of the Week’ …SURPRISE he is actually a rookie but did so well that he was mistaken for a vet by core staff. He said that Rocky Cheer is the reason for that, without its structure & the coaching staff he wouldn’t have felt so prepared going into training.

🐻Our very own Coach Demarais was awarded ‘Head Instructor of the West Region!’ In addition to that, she received recognition for her 7th year on UCA staff. Coach T has been a staple not just to Rocky Cheer but to the state of Montana because of her passion for our home state. To be rewarded for her work by the biggest cheerleading brand in the world, is truly an honor.

🐻Assistant Coach Dani also completed her first training as a head instructor. She jumped in seamlessly while guiding rookies & vets through the week to grow.
