Lockwood Schools was granted a very generous Grant that will supply every child EK-5th grade a backpack filled with the essential school supplies needed for this coming year! ❤️🖤

Parents will be responsible for any extra items, particular brand items or special items there child might want.

As of right now Backpacks will be distributed at Open House. August 23, 2022

Board Meeting tonight at 6:00pm @ Lockwood High School

According to OPI, Lockwood School Board should be canvasing the election votes tonight at the board meeting, and after canvasing the votes and approving(accepting) the results, Josh and I should be sworn into office at that same school board meeting which is Tonight (May 10). In referring to the school board documents, from Kriss Gross (schools legal counsel)
it states the process of no recount and the process of a recount. It looks like Lockwood School Board has anticipating a recount ( as of last week when the agenda came out) which Tim is the only person to request a recount and could only request a recount starting today and has 5 additional days, so Tim has till (may 14 or 15) to request a recount. Not the board or Superintendent.

After looking at the agenda it seems as though they were anticipating a recount since the board agenda reflects a recount process. And is now postponing the swearing in of newly elected school board memebers.

The votes are in!! No provisional ballots came in and votes are final! Lockwood school Board now has to decided if they will accept the results and approve them at the next board meeting (tomorrow). Tim now has (5 days) the option to ask for a recount.

Today after 3pm, we get our offical results for the election!

Now if our votes are within 0-.25% (free and automatic recount) .25%-.5% (Candidate must post a bond and can request a recount). Candidate has 5 days from today to request a recount. And if he does the Lockwood School Board gets to recount the ballots.
