🇺🇸 Memorial Day Reminder 🇺🇸
Thank you to everyone who joined us in the parade yesterday! We loved seeing our Karate Ken’s families representing the school and honoring Memorial Day together.
Just a reminder that we are CLOSED today for Memorial Day. As we enjoy the holiday, we also remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day, and we look forward to seeing everyone back in class tomorrow! 🥋

Quote of the Week 🥋
“Courage is the first of human qualities because it is the quality which guarantees the others.” — Aristotle
At karate, courage doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes it’s walking into class nervous.
Trying again after a mistake.
Speaking up.
Pushing through when something feels hard.
Every small act of courage helps build confidence, discipline, and strength — on and off the mat. 💪

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our amazing karate moms, grandmas, and mother figures!
Thank you for every ride to class, tied belt, pep talk, and cheer from the sidelines. Your love, support, and encouragement help build confidence, discipline, and strength in your children every single day.
We are so grateful for everything you do for our students and our karate family. Wishing you a day filled with love, appreciation, and a little time to relax — you deserve it!
Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at karate! 💐🥋

Quote of the Week 💥
T.E.A.M. = Together Everyone Achieves More!
Because everything’s better when we work together—
more energy, more progress, more wins 🙌
Let’s go team 👊🔥

This month’s theme is TEAMWORK 💥
Stronger together isn’t just something we say—it’s something we practice every day.
Helping each other. Encouraging each other. Growing together.
Because when one student improves… the whole team gets better. 👊

Bowling for Kids 🎳😄
Fun for the whole family… and we mean everyone
Kids laughing nonstop, parents getting a little too into it, siblings cheering like it’s the finals, and even grandparents stepping up and showing how it’s done 👀😂
Safe to say—no one stayed on the sidelines.
Days like this are our favorite—just families having fun, laughing, and making memories together. 👊

✨ Quote of the Week ✨
Growth doesn’t come from being perfect—it comes from showing up, being honest with yourself, and putting in the work even when it’s tough. Our weaknesses aren’t something to hide from—they’re opportunities. They challenge us, teach us, and help shape who we become.
“My greatest strengths are my weaknesses, for it is through acknowledging them that I learn how to grow.”
— Iain Cameron William
At Karate Ken’s, we remind our students that every mistake is a step forward. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep pushing to be your best. 💪
