Come a little early for ballet next week for Ballet Bun 101 with two of our assistant teachers, Piper & Eve!

There are many different ways you can create a neat bun for class. They’ll be sharing their tips and tricks and walking dancers through how to create their own ballet bun from start to finish.

Bring a comb and bobby pins and come ready to practice with your hair in a ponytail if you can!

Learning to do your own bun is just another little step toward becoming a more independent dancer. 🩰🤍

I don’t know about you, but we sure do feel a whole lot better when we’re dancing 🕺✨

One week in and it feels SO good to be back! From ballet to acro, lyrical, jazz, tap and everything in between, our studios have been full of energy, big smiles, hard work, and lots of dancing.

There’s just something about getting back into the studio, seeing familiar faces, learning new things, and doing what we love most.

What was your favorite part of the week? 👇✨

Last first day of dance for our 2027 seniors! 🥹🎓

These girls have been dancing with Liza since the very beginning and while we know we’ll miss them more than we can say, we’re excited to soak up every moment of their final season and watch them continue to grow and thrive.

We spent the last two nights with all of our senior dancers across Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, and Hip Hop. Versatility matters! ✨

They work incredibly hard, bring so much to every class, and truly are the heart and soul of our studio family.🤍

Ballet, Acro, and Lyrical with our Juniors and Petites kicked off the new season in the best way! We stretched, flipped, and twirled our way into a brand new year—and we couldn’t be more excited for everything ahead.

Season Two is officially underway, and we’re ready for the rest of the week!

Our dancers took their acro skills under the sea and even had a visit from a very special mermaid princess! 🧜‍♀️✨
What a fun night of flips, tricks, and a few surprise treats with all of our little mermaids. 💙
