💚Trouble💚

Meet our OG guy! Trouble has been with Maddi since he was 2 years old! He has been around with us for 13 years. He is now 15 years old and can still do it all! As you can see on the photos he has been on many adventures and we could not be more thankful for all the amazing years he has given us. From going to barrel races, camping, halloween, parades, and tandem riding he has tolerated us through all of it. He is definitely a fan favorite around here. He loves running the pattern but he also takes care of the kiddos. We are so thankful to have him apart of our lesson program and be able to share him with all the students! 🩷Meet Vicky🩷

Vicky has been teaching at Cedar for about 3.5 years, but she’s been teaching for a total of 15! She has been riding for 24 years! Vicky has always had a love for nature and animals and she now works at the Lincoln Park Zoo! She loves to go hiking my and frequents national parks. She enjoys dabbling in nature photography. She has two dogs, Adira and Coco, and a boyfriend, Erik! Vicky absolutely loves teaching and her students make it all worth it! She loves making lessons different and fun.

🤎Meet Briana🩵

Briana has been teaching with Cedar stables for over 5 years! She has been riding for 17 years. She has a background in both english hunters and jumpers and barrel racing in which she has competed. She has dabbled in dressage, roping and a few other disciplines! She rode for the Murray State hunt team while attending. She’s worked with horses in Pennsylvania and Montana! She has a lot of experience training young horses. Briana currently owns two horses, Chaos and Moonpie! She has had Moonpie for over 10 years! He is her partner in crime. She absolutely loves teaching and watching her students improve and become more confident in themselves!

💚Meet Mackenzie💚

Mackenzie started riding when she was 6 and has been riding for fourteen years! She is majoring in cybersecurity and minoring in computer science at Lewis University. She has experience, in barrels, poles, jumping and eventing. She loves putting games and fun activities into lessons to help riders build confidence, learn skills and enjoy time in the saddle. Her goal is to create a fun encouraging environment where every rider can learn and have fun in and out of the saddle! She likes to call her horse (Ridley) an average size, but he comes-up over 17 hands!

🩵Meet Sophie🩵

Sophie is one of our newest instructors! She has been riding for 24 years, and barrel racing since the age of 10! She’s also done some cow work and reining! She has three beautiful kiddos, 2 dog, 3 cats and my paint horse Wrangler! I’ve been married for over a year! Her favorite lesson horse is Chili! 🌶️ (But Trouble is a close second😉)
