We are excited to welcome three new members to the Lockport team for the 2026-27 school year! Please join us in welcoming:

Donald Feldman, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Management
Nicole Kerner, Director of Accessibility, Engagement and Belonging
Kalie Sonnenberg, Principal of Aaron Mossell Junior High School

The Lockport High School Foundation formally inducted the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Wednesday evening in the high school auditorium.

The Distinguished Alumni Award celebrates Lockport alumni who have made meaningful contributions to society and whose achievements reflect the pride, spirit, and legacy of excellence that began right here in Lockport.

Honored this year were Judy Arlington '85, Christopher Arnold '72, John Lloyd '86, Hank Nevins '66, Michael O'Malley '70, Rachel Slowey '99 and Robert Tannis '58. Congratulations!

🏈 It’s almost kickoff for the first day of school and the Buffalo Bills

Yesterday, LHS Varsity Head Coach Trait Smith, along with Assistant Coaches and students Brandon Bratek, Jeremy Brown, Scott Stowe, Tre McCutchin, Charles Johnson III and Dallas Kasperek, represented Lockport at the Section VI meeting at the NEW Highmark Stadium.

A little football at Highmark is a pretty great way to start the season. Go Lions and Go Bills!
