"A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination and install a love of learning."
We celebrated our wonderful teachers here on the Pegasus campus and spoiled them with treats! We had yummy donuts, Blizzards from DQ, Nuthin' Bundt Cakes, lunch at Garcia's, just to name a few. Thank you for all the donations from our community. From HEB, Summer Moon, Tractor Supply, Ford Motor Company, Wal-Mart and many more! A very special thank you to Mrs. Nova Vela for all your dedication and help to make this all happen. And of course none of this would've been possible without our fearless leader princiPAL Mrs. Amy Mendoza! We appreciate all you do for us ma'am! Again, thank you teachers for all you do!

This is a late post...but a few weeks ago Pegasus had a tough decision to put one of our fur babies down. Shadow was such a gentle giant. He was the sweetest, stinkiest, most handsome fellas ever. Whether they want to admit it or not, everyone loved him. He was a big part of our Pegaworld and he has been missed dearly. We love you Shadow baby. 🖤

The last week of school was a busy one! We had our annual Spelling Bee, award ceremonies, ice cream social, and our field day. Thank you to all the faculty, staff and students for making the best out of a tough situation. We were able to return to in person learning all year and it was a success.
