With 2 more weeks left of this summer's camp. These kids have been putting in some serious work all summer. I'm proud of the progress they continue to make!

2 of the 4 Next Gen Athletes I've been working with this summer. This is going to he a good group of ball players coming into the 7th grade this coming season. Tyson and Jace have been working hard, meeting me in mid afternoon workouts during the hottest parts of tye day to get their bodies ready for that August heat in pads. These 12yr olds are strong and athletic.

Great class on Wednesday. These young athletes are becoming performance giants. When you buy into a legitimate program, you will see results. WARRROOM veterans and newcombers have bought in! I have never had a group of athletes as consistent in showing up to all classes in a week as this summer's, and the work is visibly paying off.

Ethan had major shoulder surgery in the spring. Before coming back to me a few weeks ago he had been doing PT for 6 weeks. You can see from session 1, extreme lack of his range of motion. The goal for me, along with his continued PT was to to decrease the effects of his Threshold of Pain, loosen up the stiffness of constant contractions in and around his ball and joint of the recovered site, re-engage his ROM (range of motion) with different exercises and movements from functional and athletic standpoints. You can see the progress he has made in just 4-30 minute sessions.... Being a trainer is not just about weights and running. Those are tools we have. But, its more about understanding the physiology of how the body works and moves. About the programming of those tools and resources in our arsenal. The capacity for trainers to keep learning, putting into practice, and documenting. Thank you Rita Mendez and Jacob Mendez for allowing me to help Ethan in not only his performance, but also his recovery.
