Parents As Teachers at Infant Development Program Parents As Teachers is a free home-based parenting enrichment program, provided through Infant Development Program.

We offer support in areas of development, family well-being, resource connections and group connections. Parents as Teachers is a free home based program starting from Pregnancy through Kindergarten Age, that covers all of Clinton County, through the Infant Development Program. The program offers Parent/Child activities, developmental information, developmental screenings, and assistance obtaining resources to help support your family, and their needs.
