MPOWER 2017
Long Island's "Don't Miss" Mother/Daughter empowerment event is back for its second year! MPower is a half-day event with nationally renowned speakers providing interactive workshops, educational panels and motivational movements for 4th-8th grade girls + their moms.

When: SATURDAY, MARCH 11

The world can be tough on girls. When they hit middle school, 7 out of 10 girls believe that they are not good enough or don’t measure up in some way, including their looks, performance in school and relationships with friends and family members. A Mighty Lass has designed Mpower to provide the tools and strategies that girls need to develop into strong, brave and confident young women. We realized early on that the best way to empower young girls is to develop deep, nurturing relationships with thier mothers. Mpower is also geared towards empowering mothers to be the best version of themselves so that they can .
