Every summer I try to create experiences that my students will remember long after they play their last note. These events take a lot of planning, but seeing their excitement, confidence, and smiles makes every minute worth it.

This year's Grammys Red Carpet Event was such a fun way to celebrate their hard work and remind them that music is about so much more than practicing, it's about creativity, confidence, and making memories.

I couldn't be more proud of these amazing young musicians ♥️✨️🎹

She has worked hard learning new hand positions, growing her confidence at the piano, and making her music sound more like a real song with flow, feeling, and expression.

This is what progress looks like. 🎹

She started Level 1 learning one step at a time, and now she’s finishing her book by playing with confidence, dynamics, memorized and with such pride.

These are the moments I love most as a teacher, watching a student realize, “Wait… I can really do this.”
She’s about to level up, and I am so proud of her.
Level 2, here she comes!

I can truly say I am having fun playing these in preparation for later.😁 Extremely proud of how well they did! This is how I have adapted March Reading Month from the classroom to my Studio. 🎵🎵

Side note: we don’t only learn music here.

✨️songwriting, poetry, pencil grip, letter formation, confidence-building, and plenty of one-on-one encouragement.

Time with a private teacher goes a long way. 😉🎹
