🚀 NEW GALLUP STUDY: AI Isn’t What Changes Workplace Culture — Managers Are.

Gallup’s latest research on CHROs reveals something big: AI adoption alone doesn’t make workplace culture better. In fact, it can push culture in positive or negative directions depending on one critical factor — how managers communicate about AI.

🔍 Key Findings: • 50% of CHROs aren’t confident managers can guide employees’ AI use • Employees with AI‑supportive managers are far more likely to say culture has improved • 57% of CHROs are now providing AI training for managers • AI acts as a catalyst — but managers determine whether that change feels empowering or overwhelming

The takeaway is clear:

✨ AI doesn’t shape culture. Managers do. When leaders communicate clearly, champion new tools, and support their teams through change, employees are more optimistic, more engaged, and more confident about the future of work.

But when communication is unclear or inconsistent? Culture suffers — not because of AI, but because people don’t understand the “why,” the “how,” or the “what’s next.”

This study reinforces what we see every day: Strong communication isn’t a “soft skill.” It’s a strategic advantage — especially in moments of transformation.

Before employees wake up excited to come to work, they need to go to bed with peace of mind.

Too many people lie awake at night replaying difficult conversations, dreading the next workday, worrying about unrealistic expectations, or wondering if they’re valued at all.

That’s not just an employee problem. It’s a leadership and culture problem.

Great leaders create cultures where people don’t lose sleep over work—they gain energy from it. They foster psychological safety, clear communication, trust, meaningful work, and a sense of belonging. When people feel seen, heard, and valued, they wake up ready to contribute their best.

As leaders, we should ask ourselves:
Does our culture help people sleep well at night because they know they’ll be respected, supported, and challenged in healthy ways? Or does it keep them awake with anxiety?

The goal isn’t just to build organizations where people show up.

It’s to build cultures where people want to show up—rested, motivated, and excited to make a difference.

Because the culture you create today determines the energy your people bring tomorrow.

Congratulations on another incredible event!

I’ve had the privilege of attending MIRA’s Celebrity Golf Outing for many years, and what keeps bringing people back isn’t just the golf—it’s the connections. Every conversation on the course, every introduction between holes, and every shared laugh over lunch has the potential to become a new partnership, a business opportunity, or a lasting friendship.

The best networking doesn’t happen in a boardroom. It happens when people have the time and space to genuinely connect. That’s what MIRA has consistently created for 50 years.

Congratulations to the entire team on another memorable outing and a milestone worth celebrating!
