Public speaking at Do-Re-Mi starts in August and runs all school year.

Communication coach Vineeta Khanna covers speech structure, voice projection, storytelling, impromptu speaking, persuasion, and presentations. Twelve years of teaching this, to students from elementary school through the executive level.

One parent said her son went from unsure to polished in a few weeks. Her advice to other parents was to sit back and enjoy the transformation.

Speaking in front of a room does not come naturally to most people. It is also completely learnable. That is the whole point.

The new episode of OATS UNCUT is live, and this one is pure summer.

Our host and communication coach Vineeta Khanna sat down with young guest Anika for an honest, funny conversation about how kids really want to travel, and the answer might change how your family plans the next trip.

Here is a taste of what you will hear:
- The great debate settled: road trip, flight, or train
- Why the car wins for comfort, games, and family time
- The one road trip rule that keeps the peace: whoever drives picks the music
- A coaching moment or two, because Vineeta never fully clocks out

What we love about these conversations is simple. When a young person is given the space to share an opinion and back it up, you watch confidence grow in real time. That is what OATS UNCUT is about and every episode is a reminder that finding your voice starts with being invited to use it.

Summer means packed cars, airport gates, and that one family member who always controls the music. But what do kids actually love about travel?

This Wednesday on OATS UNCUT! host and communication coach Vineeta Khanna sits down with young guest Anika to find out. They get into road trips, family reunions, a motion sickness fix, the animal game that stumped them both, and why the car might just be the best seat in the house.

It is honest, it is funny, and it is a good reminder that some of the best conversations happen on the way to somewhere.

New episode drops Wednesday, and you will want to hear Anika's final verdict.

Nerves are not a sign that you are bad at speaking. They are a sign that you care about what you are saying.

Almost everyone who tells us they cannot speak in front of people is describing something that happens before a single word comes out. The mind gets loud, the focus slips, and the sentence disappears. Fix the first part and the second part usually takes care of itself.

Nobody is born fluent. It gets built, slowly, in rooms where it is safe to get it wrong.

Swipe through and save this one for the next time you talk yourself out of speaking up.

The new episode of OATS UNCUT! is live.

Our host and communication coach Vineeta Khanna sat down with student Dhrish, a rising sophomore who is already looking at MIT, Princeton, Berkeley and Cornell. She asked him how far from home he wanted to be. His answer was California. Something super far away, he said.

What follows is the two of them working through what that actually means, and it is honest in a way we did not plan for.

Inside the episode:
• Why audio engineering was the best elective of his freshman year
• His first campus visit, and how Cornell went from an afterthought to a real option
• The part of independence nobody advertises, from laundry to clean sheets to the Freshman 15
• The night Vineeta drove her daughter back to her dorm and heard her say she was almost home
• Why she gave up on her four hour driving rule, and what she learned from it

Somewhere between picking electives and picking a college, almost every teenager quietly starts planning their exit.

This Wednesday on OATS UNCUT!, host and communication coach Vineeta Khanna sits down with student Dhrish, a rising sophomore who already has MIT, Princeton, Berkeley and Cornell on his list. He says he wants to be in California, or anywhere far enough from his parents, and then he works out on air what that freedom actually costs. Your own grades. Your own laundry. Roommates who will not clean. Nobody asking whether you studied.

And then Vineeta tells him about the evening she was driving her daughter back to New York, turned onto the street where the dorm was, and heard her daughter smile and say she was almost home.

Two people at two ends of the same story, figuring it out out loud.

New episode drops Wednesday.

Last chance to register for our Public Speaking Summer Camp.

Orator Academy is bringing its final Public Speaking Summer Camp of the season right here to Livingston this August. Kids ages 8 to 17 spend one week building skills that last, coached by communication coach Vineeta Khanna.

By the end of the week, your child will know how to hold a room, speak without freezing up, project their voice, and carry themselves with real confidence. Not just in presentations or debates, but in everyday moments that matter.

Students also get a chance to be featured on OATS UNCUT!, our very own podcast. So they do not just learn to speak. They get to be heard.

Aug 24 to 28, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Livingston, NJ.

The new episode of OATS UNCUT! is live now, with our host and communication coach, Vineeta Khanna, in conversation with student guest Svana.

She is eight, and she already knows exactly who she is going to be. Model. Actor. Softball player. Also a mathematician, because she genuinely cannot stop doing multiplication, and she told us so twice.

What stayed with us:

She chose to argue that homework is essential. Nobody assigned her that side
17 handwritten pages, delivered to a live audience
Months later, she still remembered all four of her reasons
She says she gets shy when a crowd laughs. She keeps talking anyway
She is writing a book about a girl made of seaweed

Link in bio.
