Hey Di**le, di**le! Toddler A 1 & 2 year olds. Summer Youth Workers are Maddie Zinn and Tairia Robinson playing the part as the Cat playing the fiddle and the Cow who jumped over the moon.
Our very own Toddler A Aide, Cherise Williams as the laughing dog. Directors assistant, Silwonnie Battise and Director, Jenn Poncho as the spoon and dish. First presentation.

For 3 years now, (except 2020) I have came up with ideas that will keep our school kids feeling motivated to learn during summer break. Starting with “Around the World”, “Decades”, and now this year, “Classic Books=Classic Movies” each classroom was given a chance to pull a title out of a cup and whatever title they got was the theme for their room. This Monday we had our outside class, C-room present to us, “Alice in Wonderland.” Yesterday, our Toddler B-Wizard of Oz, and today as the final, Toddler A- W***y Wonka and The Chocolate Factory. I have to say, every classroom did an awesome job. I know the kids had fun and learned these classics in a new way besides it being read to them from a book. Thank you ladies and rest up until my brain starts brewing with new ideas. 😄 I love y’all for this so much. Thanks to the parents also. Those last minute costume searches and put togethers mean a lot to us as well. I was everywhere so a few pics I got to take but others sent to me to post.

Phones are not working due to the storm we had yesterday afternoon. Until we can replace our phones you can reach out to your child’s teacher to relay messages, drop-offs/pick-ups, work schedules, etc. If you have any staff members personal numbers you may text or call them as well. Thank you!

The last water day of our summer. Took Toddler B and C Room to enjoy Lake Tombigbee. Chili dogs and watermelon to finish it off. Think nap time should be peaceful. We do TRY to have fun with our children. Sorry NO pictures to prove their happiness but it was a very fun outing for us all. Thank you to MS. Katie and Lake Tombigbee and staff for helping with the extra eyes and hands. Also supplying us with life jackets. Fun by all.
