Director
Jillian serves as the Director of LEADSOM, equipping and connecting leaders while advancing the school’s mission. She works to develop and integrate the program in meaningful ways for those who sense a call to ministry. Jillian also serves as Co-Lead Pastor at her local church.

Academic Dean of Students

Dr. Meg serves our students by overseeing all the academic components of LEADSOM including the original development of courses and ongoing assessment of academic objectives. She is also a university professor and active leader in her local church.

Introducing our new LEADSOM Student Admin- Pastor Rachel Quigley

Rachel serves as the Grading and Teaching Assistant, supporting students through assignment evaluation and clear, consistent communication. She is also the Encourage Director for the New York Ministry Network and serves as an Executive Pastor at her home church.
