Filming Activity (next two weeks.. and beyond): **dates and times are subject to change.. any updates will be posted via the page… All times reflect the first arrival and last departure for personnel on site for filming activity.
Please note for any Traffic Control for exterior filming scenes: if any deliveries or pedestrians need to get through, we will let them through as soon as humanly possible. We do not want to stop anyone from going to work or getting home! Please reach out to the Locations Dept 24/7 for any further questions or assistance (see their contacts below):
Note, regarding trucks: The majority of our trucks will only be present during and between consecutive film days, in an effort to minimize beeping at odd hours of the day/night. On days not related to actual filming (listed below), we will have a small handful of box trucks coming and going throughout the next two months. We will make sure that the few trucks present during that time will have extremely limited beeping- and not at odd hours of the day/night. Please call the locations department if there are any issues and we will solve any problems promptly.
Monday, October 5th - All filming trucks Arrive to 800 Fourth Street between (9:00am-6:00pm)
Tuesday, October 6th - FILMING DAY: interior of 800 Fourth Street from (5:00am-9:00pm)
Wednesday, October 7th - No Filming but lots of activity (trucks present) (7:00am-9:00pm)
Thursday, October 8th - No Filming but lots of activity (7:00am-9:00pm)
Friday, October 9th - FILMING DAY: exteriors around the Village (5:15am-9:00pm)
Location #1: 1st Street & Vine Street (5:30am - 12:00pm).. *Traffic Control on 1st Street btwn Vine & Oswego*.
Location #2: 800 Fourth Street (5:15am - 9:00pm)
Location #3: 307 3rd Street (12:00pm-8:00pm) *small crew no traffic control*
*Trucks leave Evening of 10/9 and don't return until Sunday Evening.
Sunday, October 11th *Rain Date 10/12*- FILMING DAY (4:00am-10:00pm)
Location #1: Liverpool High School
**Trucks return to American High between 8pm-10pm Sunday 10/11 evening (to avoid 4am arrival Monday).
Monday, October 12th *Rain Date 10/11* - FILMING DAY (5:15am - 10:00pm)
Filming Location: Liverpool Middle School (5:30am-9:00pm)
Trucks Location: American High (5:15am-10:00pm)
Tuesday, October 12th - FILMING DAY (5:15am - 10:00pm)
Location #1: Front of American High (6:00am-2:00pm) *Traffic control on Hickory St (btwn 3rd & 5th) & 4th Street (btwn Hickory & Birch*
Location #2: Hickory Street (12:00pm - 5:00pm) *Traffic Control on Hickory btwn 3rd Street & 6th Street*
Location #3: Driving Scenes around the Village *No Traffic Control*: 3:00pm - 7:30pm
**Majority of trucks leave the property Tuesday 10/12 evening and don't return until 10/30 !! **
Friday, October 30th - INTERIOR FILMING DAY (5:00am - 11:00pm)
- Trucks arrive and leave all same day.
November Filming (times subject to change)
- Tuesday, November 10th (5AM-9PM)
(off Veteran's Day 11/11)
- Thursday, November 12th (6AM-10PM)
- Friday, November 13th (6AM-11:30PM)
(off weekend 11/14 - 11/15)
- Monday, November 16th (11AM - 5AM(11/17) *LATE NIGHT TIME FILMING*
LAST DAY: Tuesday, November 17th (4PM-7AM(11/18) *LATE NIGHT TIME FILMING*
ALL TRUCKS GONE FROM PROPERTY BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20th. NO MORE FILMING ACTIVITY.
Once we have more details on our November night-time filming plans, we will reach out to each individual home that may be directly impacted by our activities. We will do our best to make sure your concerns are met.
