What an extraordinary day it has been at Lawrence Elementary! Today, on May 31, 2024, our students and staff were treated to an unforgettable experience as Ben Bowman, parent to Bodie Bowman from Mrs. Pschiers's 3rd-grade class and Bliss Bowman from Mrs. Persson's kindergarten class, landed a helicopter right here on our school grounds. The excitement didn't stop there; joining them were our very own Mrs. Persson, Mrs. Pschier, Principal Starkovich, and Custodian Chavez, all taking a thrilling ride over Mount Diablo before touching down on our field. Students were thrilled to explore the inside of the helicopter, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Bowman and his team for this incredible opportunity.
