Real McCoy Pilates Studio offers Reformer Private and Duet Sessions as well as Virtual Mat Classes.

Reformer Strength is now on the schedule! Reformer strength is a 45 minute intermediate class for those who want to bring pilates to the next level. Clients should be comfortable with bridging, planking, along with kneeling and standing on the reformer. We will use weights and props to incorporate more strength movements along with reformer and pilates exercises. Flow and transitions are a bit quicker. Ideally this is not the class to take with injuries.

Friday 5am, 7:30am & 2pm

Community Glow Reformer Pilates is now on the schedule for Wednesdays and Thursdays at 2:15pm. Enjoy a feel good reformer pilates flow at a reduced rate. Always $25.

💐 Spring has Sprung in the Studio! 💐 Exciting events are here! Mark your calendars.

🌺 Pilates in the Park with The class is complimentary. I’ll have mats for sales and we’ll be raffling off prizes at the end of the class. Sign up on Real McCoy Website is Required.

🌺 Mom’s Walk with .livermore at Big Trees Park in Livermore. We’ll have coffee and treats, a walk with your littles and raffle off prizes at the end!!

🌺 Plant Bingo with This super fun event will take place in the studio. We’ll play a plant version of bingo and raffle off both plant and pilates prizes! 🪴 Stay tuned for a date and ticket info. Super excited for the one. space will be limited!
