Las Positas College

And with that, the Las Positas College Class of 2026 has graduated into the next season of their life.

Students crossed the stage Saturday in all different stages of life: some parents with little kids, some parents with older kids, some moving to the workforce, some transferring to four-year universities, and some just learning for the sake of lifelong learning.

No matter what is next for each student that received a certificate or diploma today... once a Hawk, always a Hawk.

Long weekend loading, Hawks!! 🦅

Just a quick reminder that we are closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

We will see you back on campus Tuesday so take this weekend to rest, reset, and study for any remaining finals! Spring semester is almost over!

Meet Victor, today’s Hawk grad highlight!👋

A studio arts student at Las Po, Victor found both community and creativity during his time on campus, especially through the art programs and the people who supported his growth.

He also shares what made LPC the right choice for him, and how being selected as a President’s Scholar made a big impact on his experience.

Now, he’s graduating with an associate’s degree in Arts and Humanities and heading to San Jose State University to pursue Industrial Design, with his sights set on a career in automotive design!

Congrats Victor! We can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next!!

Over 30 employers and tons of students joined us for last month’s Spring Job and Internship Fair here on campus. exploring internships, and taking steps toward future careers!

The fair brought students together with opportunities for paid internships and full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles. Thank you to everyone who came out to network and make those connections.
