Join us at our Dyslexia Awareness Event, where you will partake in a simulation that will give you a peek into the life experiences of a dyslexic person.
Dyslexia is a language-based learning difference that affects how the brain connects sounds to written symbols. It’s not about intelligence—it’s about how the brain processes language.
Our Dyslexia Simulation gives families and friends a small glimpse into what reading can feel like for students with dyslexia. When sound and symbol connections don’t come easily, every word takes extra effort.
This experience helps us understand the persistence, patience, and hard work our students show every single day.
