Incoming Kindergarten Students

If you have not already turned these items in to the school or had them faxed to the school, please make sure we receive the following:

[ ] Copy of your child’s birth certificate

[ ] Copy of your child’s Social Security card

[ ] Immunization records

[ ] Eye exam

[ ] Five-year-old dental exam completed in 2026

[ ] Physical examination from your child’s doctor
Medical Information

If your child has any allergies, medical conditions, or other health concerns that the school needs to be aware of, please provide a medical note from your child’s doctor explaining the condition, allergy, necessary precautions, or any other information we may need.

Please make sure all required documentation is turned in to the school as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us get your child ready for a great year!

Please call the school on Monday, August 24th if you need help setting up your Parent Portal / Infinite Campus app.

This is especially important if you are an existing student who completed the entire school year with us last year.

Attention Families!

We are so excited to roll out online registration for the 2026–2027 school year! Please read the instructions below carefully to ensure a smooth process.

For Pre-Registered Kindergarten AND Returning Students: If you have a student currently enrolled in any MC school, please complete your registration through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

On the App: Log in, tap the three lines (menu) in the top right corner, select More, and then choose Online Registration.

On a Browser: You can log in directly using Existing Student Registration.

For Brand-New Students: If you are registering a student who has never attended an MC school, please use New Student Registration to complete your registration.

If you have any questions or need parent portal support, please contact your school.
