Far too often are we asked to spend hundreds on self-care. One of our goals is to make self-care accessible for all, not just to those who can afford it. We hope you can join us for one of our new classes, Energy Yoga for Trauma and Stress Relief, with Instructor Kathryn Chess. She is so excited for you to join and for allowing her to be part of your healing journey. She is offering 10 sessions at just 179.00— that’s 17.90 per class. Calling all young community members! We have some wonderful opportunities not just for adults but for our kiddos as well! Join us on our beautiful campus for Spanish Language classes, Hindi for Kids, Shaolin Kung Fu, and more.

Learn from the best in the bay! Coach Sophie Rheinheimer is known for her fencing program, and how lucky are we to have her as our fencing coach! This summer, Coach Sophie is inviting those ages 8-14 to try it out. This 4-day course is only $99. There are only 12 spots, and they WILL fill quickly.
