This year we celebrate two incredible educators on their retirement and two amazing teachers beginning exciting new chapters. While it’s hard to say goodbye, we are so grateful for the love, dedication, patience, and impact each of you has given our students and school community.

Mrs. Richards (Librarian) and Mrs. Delevaux (Science Lab) are retiring this year. While Mrs. Day (Science Lab) and Ms. Faulkner (TK) are moving on to new school locations next year! These ladies will be deeply missed here at Seco! They have been such a blessing to our students throughout the years and our school will not be the same without them!

Your influence will continue far beyond the classroom walls. Wishing you all the happiness and success in what comes next. Once a C**t, always a C**t. ✨💙

Bring your gently used Seco spirit wear to the Wild West Fest TOMORROW night! There will be half barrels at the entrance gate for you to drop your clothes in. We can’t wait to see you for a FUN Friday night 🐴

Wild West Fest is just TWO DAYS away! We know that this is a busy time of year for everyone, but once again, our PTA is finding itself short on volunteers for this event. Our team has worked tirelessly to plan a family fun night to remember, but we can’t run it without help. 🏀 Our 4th & 5th graders each had an amazing learning experience — a wheelchair basketball assembly led by !

Students tried out sports wheelchairs, learned the rules of the game, and got to hear from BORP staff — who are adaptive athletes themselves. The gym was full of energy, curiosity, and a whole lot of fun.

We are teaching our students that disability is a natural part of human diversity, and experiences like this help our kids grow up with empathy and an open mind — not through a lecture, but through hands-on play. 💙

This experience was organized and fully funded by our PTA Inclusion Committee! If you’re interested in helping plan experiences like this one, please reach out! Our PTA is always welcoming new members and ideas, and we'd love to have you! 🙌

The photo shown is an actual view from these CLUB LEVEL seats. The winner will be announced on Monday, 5/18. All proceeds from the raffle ticket purchases will be going toward long-awaited improvements to our MPR over the summer and in the coming months.
