Bring tools to help with this if you have them (w**d eaters, pressure washer, loppers, ladders, hammers, cordless drills). Once we are clean we will start set-up of stage, tables and chairs.

Suwannee FFA Alumni Member, Maddie Carte is currently a Public Relations Intern with Florida Farm Bureau.

We are excited to continue spotlighting our amazing Florida Farm Bureau interns! Maddie Carte, the Public Relations Intern, recently joined the PR team to plan and host the 2026 Suwannee CARES event hosted in Live Oak on May 7.

"Having the opportunity to help organize CARES was truly full circle because of it not only being held in my home of Suwannee County, but because CARES was always a day I looked forward to growing up. CARES has always been essentially a family reunion and to be behind the scenes of its 25th year was remarkable and very rewarding," said Carte.

We appreciate the opportunity to develop the next generation of the and thank Maddie for working with us!
