Medications in the pharmacy are organized alphabetically, and our students took on the HUGE task of restocking the mock medications in the correct order on the shelves!

Working together as a team, they tackled the challenge and did a fantastic job! 👏

Also pictured from yesterday’s lab: students learning about the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). They were challenged to identify Schedule II–V medications and then categorize each drug according to its specific schedule classification.

So proud of their teamwork, attention to detail, and growing knowledge of pharmacy practice!

Our Pharmacy Technician students were hard at work in the lab!

They learned how to navigate PioneerRx and practiced creating new patient profiles. They're picking up the pharmacy system incredibly quickly!

Students also put their knowledge to the test with a fun matching game focused on brand-name and generic medications. Learning, practicing, and having fun along the way!

Today our Pharmacy Technician students participated in a BLS/CPR training for Healthcare Providers. They all did a phenomenal job and received their certification. Also pictured, are students working on learning brand/generic drugs. Practice makes perfect!

Hands-on learning in action! Our Pharmacy Technician students are building essential skills by learning to use a counting tray and spatula. Today, they practiced accurately counting a variety of tablets and capsules in different quantities. This is an important step towards preparing for success in the pharmacy field.💊
