Pre-K Afternoon Pickup Route Update

Attention pre-K families,

Beginning Tuesday, August 25, we will trial a new afternoon pick-up route for only pre-K students and their siblings.

Students will be released at the back of the school near the cafeteria entrance at 2:50 pm. Parents will need to enter the school from the original (FRONT AREA) pick-up line and follow the sidewalk around near the cafeteria.

There will be cones visibly marked off where you will need to stop to receive your child.

If you are a parent with a pre-K child who also picks up a sibling, please let your preschool child's teacher know the name of your child's sibling, their grade, and teacher. Those students will be allowed to release in the same area for your convenience at school dismissal.

We are hoping this new route will alleviate the traffic and help our dismissal run more efficiently.

Our students enjoyed a special visit from the SHS Bulldog mascot and cheerleaders! They shared their love of reading with our students before bringing the Bulldog spirit to life with a fun cheer session. Thank you for inspiring and encouraging our students! 💚🐾 GO Bulldogs!

Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, August 25th.

What a WILDLY successful Parent Night at Springcrest Elementary! 🌿🐾💚 It was so exciting to see so many of our families join us! Our teachers loved connecting with our parents, sharing classroom and grade-level expectations, reviewing important routines and procedures, and providing a glimpse into each child’s daily learning.

A huge THANK YOU to New Worlds Reading for partnering with us and supporting our students and families! 📚 We appreciate you for sharing ideas and strategies to help strengthen reading and vocabulary skills, providing a delightful dinner, and fun prizes!

Suwannee Springcrest recently held its annual Safety Patrol Pinning Ceremony, honoring the students who have taken on the important responsibility of serving as leaders and role models in our school.
