Today, Mrs. Daniel’s class had another Awesome WIG Wednesday! They updated goals and identified their progress toward yearly goals. Jack did a fabulous job showcasing their class mission statement to the other 1st grade classes. They explored Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind by making a class cloud project, which states things they want to learn this year. Students had a blast making miniature wind chimes out of sticks, yarn and melted plastic cups. Mrs. Daniel’s class accomplished a lot today as they grow into the leaders they want to be!

Suwannee Springcrest wants to give a huge shout-out to our amazing parents for supporting the students, staff, and all the great things happening at Springcrest!

Our recent Parent Lighthouse Team meeting was well attended, and that incredible participation is a true reflection of the dedication and commitment our parents have to making Springcrest the best it can be. We are also so thankful for the parents who volunteer each Friday to paint faces and those who help pop and sell popcorn each month. 🍿🎨

Your time, energy, and willingness to serve make such a difference in our school community. Thank you for all you do and for continuing to support our students and school. You are truly appreciated! 💚🐾

Mrs. Leathlean’s Class Club, “Beads of Kindness”, worked hard today during WIG Wednesday making Autism Awareness bracelets to sell for our service learning project for Project Life Saver with the Live Oak Police Department. Bracelets will be sold soon for $2.00 each!

Today, Springcrest hosted our WIG Assemblies, and it was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate growth, accomplishments, and leadership! 🎉

We recognized our Habit Heroes of the Month and celebrated students who are demonstrating the 7 Habits in their everyday actions. Students from each class shared their scoreboards, highlighting their progress toward their reading and math WIGs for the nine weeks. Students also proudly read their grade-level or class mission statements.

Each assembly ended with a fun and meaningful skit presented by a class, bringing Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind to life! 🎭
