JISD Families,
The first weeks of school always bring so much excitement, but it also comes with a lot of change. I want to take a moment to thank you for your patience as car lines, traffic patterns, bus routes, and new procedures begin to settle into place and become part of our daily routines.
Even with school just beginning, we already have to celebrate! As you may know, the Texas Education Agency released accountability ratings last week, and Judson ISD improved from a D rating to a C rating. While we know there is still important work ahead, this progress shows that we are moving in the right direction.
Our goal is always student growth, and that growth is reflected in many of our campus ratings. By continuing to put students first, we will keep building on this momentum and watch Judson ISD soar!
I encourage you to stay connected to your child's school this year in whatever way works best for your family. Whether it's attending an event, checking in with a teacher, or simply talking with your child about their day, those things make a big difference. When families and schools work together, great things happen for students.
This is just the beginning of a fantastic year ahead for the students, families and staff of Judson ISD!
