Staff Spotlight:
Brittany Barrett, Attendance and Enrollment Secretary.
I'm a Colorado native, born and raised in Littleton. I attended Ken Caryl Middle School and graduated from Columbine High School, where I also met my high school sweetheart—who I'm now happily married to! We have two boys, ages 16 and 18, and a bulldog puppy named Winston. This year marks my 10th year in the district and 8th year at Ken Caryl. I truly love what I do, and being part of the Ken Caryl community gives me a sense of purpose. My favorite part of my job is watching students grow and develop from 6th through 8th grade and seeing the amazing young people they become. When I'm not at school, you can usually find me watching my family play or coach football. We also love fishing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family. I'm grateful to be part of such a special community and look forward to another great year at Ken Caryl!

Good morning, Spartans! We are pleased to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of our National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) members. Last week, we held our first full-group meeting, which was attended by over 70 students who have maintained a remarkable 3.7 GPA throughout the year. We extend our gratitude to Mrs. Martinez and Ms. Alek for their exceptional leadership and guidance. 🙏

What an exciting first full week of school! It's been amazing to see the energy and enthusiasm of our students, teachers, and staff as we dive into a new academic year. So fun seeing so many new faces and familiar ones too! It's great to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Here are some events to look forward to next week and into September!
