Cole was so excited to show me how he can play music on the piano he made out of circuits and tin foil with Ms. Debbie at Gavin Central's after school club today! 🎶🎹
We love Innovation Learning at St.. Patrick School in Wadsworth, IL! The teachers are absolutely amazing. My son gets upset if we pick him up too early!!!! Keep up the great work.
We love Ms. Pam, Ms. Karen and all the aftercare helpers at St. Patrick School in Wadsworth.
I wanted to give a shout out to the St. Patrick School (Wadsworth, IL.) Innovation Learning and Education team! My girls have been attending the program since Kindergarten, and are now in 3rd and 5th grade, and look forward to going every day. Ms. Pam and the team are truly amazing and allow me to know my girls are in the best of hands!! THANK YOU!!
My grandson attends the Innovation Learning & Education Center at St. Patricks in Wadsworth, Illinois. I have never seen such joy in his eyes when I picked him up from previous day care centers, as I do when I pick him up from there. He is so excited to tell me all about their activities. The women that attend to the children are three of the most caring and generous women I have ever met. My grandson sometimes does not want to leave because he loves being there so much. You should be very proud of this program that these women present to the children at St. Patricks.
Michelle at Candeo Schools does such an astonishing job with all the Innovation Learning students. They are focused and engaged at all times.
I am very impressed with Michelle Bulriss and her team at Candeo of Peoria. They always have fun activities for my child to do after school. They always ensure my son's homework is completed as well which is awesome because that means more time he can spend with the family in the evening after he gets home. I very much appreciate how caring the entire Candoe team is.

Our Story

Innovation Learning is the first nationwide, developed by elementary and middle school teachers who are also parents. Offering before- and after-school programs that help children develop 21st Century skills in a safe, fun, and academically-focused setting, right at your child’s school.

Developed under the premise that skills associated with an “innovative mindset” — curiosity, collaboration, associative and integrative thinking, a bias toward action and experimentation — have a very high correlation with improved academic outcomes for children and should be taught and practiced. We integrate STEAM education, project-based learning, play-based discovery and academic support to engage our students in using problem-solving skills, cultivating creativity, and building their capacity for innovation while helping them to be better prepared not only for school the next day but for their innovative futures.

Unlike a majority of programs that have their grounding in early childhood education philosophy or in business, we are operated by educators. We are “next generation” integrating coding, drone engineering and flight, robotics, chemistry, electrical engineering, chemistry, engineering design and other STEM related activities in to all of our programs.
