WE ARE HIRING!!!!!
Responsibilities:
Teaching
Lead Pre-K classroom.
Develop engaging, hands-on lesson plans aligned with Colorado Early Learning & Development Guidelines.
Prepare children academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten.
Kindergarten Readiness
Conduct readiness assessments two times each year.
Meet with parents to discuss children's progress.
Develop individualized goals when needed.
Family Engagement
Create monthly newsletters with learning activities families can do at home.
Qualifications
Required
Colorado Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 3 or higher (or equivalent qualification)
At least 3 years experience teaching Pre-k
Must have the extra PDIS trainings for UPK
Passion for play-based learning
Preferred
Reading intervention experience
Knowledge of early childhood assessments
