PRACTICING L- stand to get the feel for a head stand or fore-arm stand or headstand. This is a drill to get this feeling of stacking (just like standing on your feet: knees over heels, hips over knees, shoulders over hips…but inverted! It will feel crunched at first bu keep practicing pushing your feet to the wall, with slightly soft elbows and a little heart melt towards the wall. DO NOT TEY TO KICK JP IN HANDSTAND! we will try that next time facing away from@the wall. Ok have fun!🙃
