Required:
18 years of age
High School Diploma
1000 hours experience in licensed center AND

18 college credits in early education
OR a Child Development Associates
OR Teacher preparation credential

We’re sad to announce that we’re saying goodbye to Nicole! She’s worked at Shining Lights for nearly six years, and has served as assistant director for the last year and a half.

We’re so grateful for all that she has brought to Shining Lights with her love and dedication to the children here. She’s had an impact as a voice for the staff in improving work quality. She’s also had a huge impact is helping other staff become certified teachers!

We will miss you Nicole! Best of luck in your next chapter!
