The Roasted Clove is closing. I would like to thank the Angel Fire community for ten great years of enthusiasm and support for the Roasted Clove. Your loyalty - and especially that of the Clove's outstanding employees - has allowed the Roasted Clove to flourish. It's time for me to move on and raise my family closer to where I grew up. I've tried selling the Roasted Clove so that the tradition of high quality food and exceptional customer service could continue but as of this date I haven't had any luck. Bonnie, Evangeline, and I look forward to visiting Angel Fire and wish the community the best of luck. Again thanks to the locals and tourists. It has been a great ride. My dry aged, free range, grass fed, hormone free, antibiotic free side of beef arrived today and I can't wait to start cooking! There will be beef specials every day this week. Come and get it!
