Learning Spanish is a process, not a destination. If you feel you are not making progress, don't abandon your goal, revise your plan.

💭 Why adjusting steps works?

✔ Planning reduces frustration → Breaking learning into small steps makes it manageable. (Zimmerman & Schunk, 2011)

✔ Evaluating helps correct mistakes → Reflecting on progress improves performance. (Sweller, 2011)

✔ Boosts motivation → Celebrating progress releases dopamine and builds habits. (Dweck, 2006)
