Lunch Idea 💡 🌯

I totally struggle with having a well rounded lunch. I’ll be honest, most days I’ll just have sardines 🐟 which is a great source of omega 3s and protein it lacks in other areas like enjoyment.

Obsessing over this wrap rn. It’s easy, cost saving and DELICIOUS 🤤

2 Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
6 slices True Story Organic Sliced Turkey
1.5 Cups Josie Organic Caesar Salad mix & dressing
1/2 avocado
Salt
(Optional: add hot sauce 🌶️)

After having a lot of pasta at dinner, floor is lava is a great way not to slip into a food coma🌋

So crazy to look back on the past year and all the work I have put into healing & rebuilding my pelvic floor. One year postpartum with my first pregnancy there was no way I’d be able to jump like this without leaking 😬
