Baptist Health College Little Rock is looking for a strategic, collaborative leader to oversee student account services and manage our campus fiscal operations. This position drives business process improvements and leads the Business Office team to ensure high-quality customer service and financial integrity.

📌To qualify, you will need a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (master’s preferred), 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
