Twelve Pinnacle Mountain Master Gardeners worked hard this past Thursday even as the day heated up. Melody brought her grandchildren our future master gardeners. We pulled w**ds, ate bananas - thanks Ann - and drank lots of water to stay hydrated. Thank you Lee for making sure our plants are watered and fixing the sprinkler system. We are getting so many compliments from people about the Pinnacle Gardens. I went to Two Rivers farmers market this morning and Ben was selling all native plants, inspiration from Pinnacle Mountain Gardens.

Last week was the State Master Gardeners Conference. Thank you Laurie for making and donating your Bee wreath, and thank you Carol for making and donating those cute decorated pots.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at our monthly Master Gardener meeting this Tuesday at 11:30, but come early to snack and meet others. Thank you all for making Pinnacle Mountain such a beautiful place.

Maumelle Master Gardeners convened on Monday, June 9, 2026. Our group met at 8 to beat the heat and worked on the sign bed, trimming and transplanting some iris. Once they get crowded they will not bloom. Trimming was preformed also on some of the other beds.
