It is with heavy hearts that we remember our friend and fellow Arkansas Apartment Association Board Member, Jeff Linker.

Jeff wasn't just a dedicated volunteer; he was the kind of person everyone looked forward to seeing. As Co-Chair of the Supplier Council, he brought energy, laughter, and a genuine love for people to every meeting and event. His fun personality, warm smile, and ability to make everyone feel welcome left a lasting impression on our association.

Jeff believed in building relationships, supporting others, and strengthening the multifamily industry. Whether he was sharing ideas, lending a helping hand, or simply making someone laugh, he made a difference.

While we grieve his passing, we are incredibly grateful for the time we shared with him and for the many ways he served the Arkansas Apartment Association. His impact will continue to be felt through the friendships he built and the lives he touched.

On behalf of the Arkansas Apartment Association Board of Directors, staff, and members, we extend our deepest condolences to Jeff's family, friends, and his Rainbow Restoration family.

Jeff's presence will be deeply missed, but his kindness, servant's heart, and joyful spirit will always be remembered.
