The LRSD 26-27 PreK Breakfast & Lunch Menus are attached and can be found on the LRSD webpage.
•If your student has any food allergies, or requires food modification (ie. lactose intolerance), please ensure that the school nurse & teacher are notified.
•There also will need to be a "meal modification" form(attached) completed by the physician OR a written prescription will be accepted.
•For a student with an actual food allergy (ie. fish) possibly causing an anaphylactic reaction, a food allergy plan must be completed and appropriate treatment/medication must be turned in.
