Thanks to Southside Bee Branch for investing in their leadership! We had a great day of custom training learning how to address sticky issues surrounding employee performance.

It was awesome to catch up with board members from the Viola School District while they were on n town for ASBA’s Annual Conference!

Monday night I presented a board training entitled “Leading in Challenging Times” to the board in Cotter! Awesome group of dedicated board members! And Cotter has one of the very best bridges in the state!

Back to work with the Gentry School District, this time to teach both PPC committees about PPC law! # told me there was 100% participation! I love it when school boards show their commitment to their communities by investing in training! We all had a great afternoon!

100% board participation from the MOUNTAINBURG school board for joint training with the LPPC and CPPC! And dinner was extra delicious and much appreciated! It was a wonderful evening with a fantastic group!

I love a dedicated and committed board that works hard for students, staff and the community! On-site training means your board members do not miss work to get training hours and the trip home is quick and easy. I still have training dates open for November and December. Deadline for annual training is December 31 of each year.
