Four LSAMP students presented their research posters this morning at the Emerging Researchers National Conference in Washington, D.C. They did a great job, gained wonderful experiences, and had fun!

C'Asia James is a member of both the University Science Scholars Program and the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation. She will graduate this month with a BS in Biology.

Mary-Kate Williams has been offered an NSF REU internship on the Biology of Infectious Diseases at the University of Georgia.
Rachel has been offered a NSF REU internship In Undergraduate Biological Education Research at the University of Georgia.
Taylor has accepted a NSF REU internship in Mathematical Biology at Texas A & M University.
Kelly has accepted an internship at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff that focuses on volcanoes.
Mary Smith, Nick Murray, and Sam Wolf got accepted to Pharmacy School at UAMS.
Bukalo Odeniyi and Dolapo Odeniyi got accepted to MD/Ph.D. programs at the University of Connecticut.
